The Acadia team offers full range property management services tailored to you as an investor or owner. Managing a successful property requires a lot of time, effort, experience and knowledge. We offer a hands-on approach so that our property owners experience the benefits of the investment with peace of mind. Our team will oversee the day-to-day property operations, including financial and expense control, capital improvements, maintenance, leasing and retention, accounting, and more.

Craig Kozlowski

V.P. of Assets Mgmt. & Principal

Craig specializes in both commercial and residential property management. Craig has more than 30 years of experience, including several facets of multi-state real estate and asset management, including Commercial, Industrial, Office, Medical, Institutional, and Association management. In addition, he has managed Facilities and Grounds, directed engineers, maintenance, and janitorial staff. Other responsibilities include staff supervision, financial analysis, profit and loss accountability, new business, leasing, and construction of new and redeveloped investment properties.

Jackie Todd

VP of Residential Management

Jackie brings 23 years of residential management experience to launch the Multifamily Management division at Acadia. Jackie has managed mixed use assets, stabilized properties in each multifamily class market as well as lease-up projects. She has a comprehensive background in multi-million dollar asset management including but not limited to $30M capital renovation projects, managing 100+ employees and nearly 4000 apartment homes. Jackie’s genuine care and concern for people affords her the opportunity to build amazing relationships regardless if you live at one of our communities or own them

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
